AB&I Partners with UCSF Benioff Children’s Hospital for Christmas
In the spirit of the holiday season, AB&I partnered with UCSF Benioff Children’s Hospital Oakland to donate gifts to the children spending Christmas in the hospital. Team members were encouraged to bring new, unwrapped gifts to the HR department and the response was overwhelmingly generous. It was truly an honor to help make a difference in a child’s life during the holiday season.
Eric Benson Shares His Knowledge with New Team Member Mike Moore
During a recent trip to Clow Corona, Eric Benson, the Northern California District Sales Manager, met Clow Corona’s new Inside Sales Rep, Mike Moore. During this face-to-face meeting, Eric offered Mike a product demonstration on the fly which he set up from his truck right outside the office. This demonstration will help Mike better understand our products, services and our customers. Inside Sales plays a key role in making our outside sales team successful and this demo and information will insure a better understanding from the beginning. Kudos to Eric for taking the time to provide this helpful product training.
Welcome to the team, Mike!

AB&I Holds Second Annual Ugly Christmas Sweater Contest
AB&I held their second annual ugly Christmas sweater contest, and boy did everyone bring it! All of the ladies wore something festive, and enjoyed a BBQ lunch before the judges picked their top five winners.
Can’t wait to see what everyone wears next year!
Tyler Union Iron Man Goes Blue and Orange
Tyler Union team members, at least the Auburn fans, couldn’t wait to see the freshly painted Iron Man.
Every year, Iron Man is painted the school colors of the winning team in the Auburn vs. Alabama football game and he remains that color 365 days until the next game. The Auburn/Alabama rivalry is considered one of the most heated football rivalries in college football. Together Alabama and Auburn account for 33 SEC titles and the two teams won an impressive four straight BCS National Championship Games from 2009-2012 (Alabama-2009, 2011, 2012 and Auburn 2010).
The Iron Man tradition was started by team members as way to celebrate their team’s victory and “gloat” a little all year long. Alabama fans will just have to glance the other way when they get to work every day because those Auburn colors are here to stay, at least until the next game.
Congratulations Auburn fans – War Eagle!
Manchester Tank Elkhart Continues 10-Year Christmas Tradition
The Manchester Tank Elkhart team continued a 10-year tradition of participating in the annual Salvation Army Adopt-a-Family program. With donations from Manchester/McWane, as well as their management team, they were able to make Christmas a little bit brighter for families in need.
This program is designed to assist families who are in crisis as the result of unemployment, homelessness, medical issues, or other difficult circumstances, and who otherwise would not have the resources to celebrate Christmas. Families who are adopted are provided with food, clothing, and gifts from sponsors.
Manchester Tank would like to wish everyone a very Merry Christmas!
Who Has the Ugliest Christmas Sweater?
The ladies on the second floor corporate team in Birmingham, Alabama held their annual Christmas luncheon and ugly Christmas sweater contest yesterday. They catered the food from Taco Mama and enjoyed lively Christmas music during the luncheon. This year Leslie Mawhorter won the award for ugliest Christmas sweater and Gretchen Easton won the award for the most creative sweater with her Green Bay Packers sweater. Teri Lavette won for the “most flammable” sweater with lots of colorful lights.
As in previous years, they had a lively game of dirty Santa, but everyone left with a smile on their face and a gift for Christmas.
